ZF North America, Inc. Hosting Meet & Greet with WSU students at the North American International Auto Show

On January 22nd 2014, ZF North America, Inc. is going to have a “Future Focus Day” at the North American International Autoshow.

 

ZF is a worldwide leading automotive supplier in transmission and chassis technology. With annual revenue of approx. 17.4 billion EURO in 2012 and about 75,000 employees in 121 plants in 26 countries, ZF is ranked amongst the 10 largest automotive suppliers in the world.

 

At ZF’s “Future Focus Day” the students will have the chance to get in touch with our company and get information about international career possibilities for students. Tickets and lunch will be provided by ZF.

 

To sign up the students have to e-mail their name, phone number and major to Lydia.Tempel@zf.com. Space is limited.

 

Targeted Majors:  Mechanical, Electrical and Computer Engineering as well as Business.

Yazaki 2013 Fall Open House & Onsite Interviews

Yazaki, a tier-one automotive supplier located in Canton, MI, is hosting an open house on November 20, 2013 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Those majoring, or having majored in, the following engineering disciplines are highly encouraged to attend: CAD, Computer, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, and Mechatronics.

At this open house event, students and alumni are able to:

• listen to presentations made by Yazaki Engineering executives about the future of Yazaki’s role in the global automotive industry.
• meet and greet Yazaki team members and visit department-specific booths.
• participate in guided tours to take a peek at the behind-the-scenes product presentation rooms and rapid prototype facilty.

Please Note: Admission to the November 20th open house is free BUT pre-registration is required. You may register online to attend the open house at http://bit.ly/1hKfelu.

Tesla Motors – Informational Meet &Greet

Recruiters from Tesla Motors are planning a visit to Wayne State University to meet with students and alumni to provide information about employment opportunities.
