So I heard you like Firewalls

Now that the chaos of the first few weeks of classes has hopefully dissipated, we’d like to announce that we’ve scheduled our first talk of the fall semester.

Next Thursday, our speaker, C&IT’s Michael Gregorowicz, will be discussing iptables on Linux.
The talk starts shortly after 6:30pm in the Danto Engineering Auditorium (ENGG 1507) at the corner of Warren and Anthoney Wayne.

This talk is open to students, staff, faculty and the community at large. Frankly, anyone with an interest is welcome to attend.

disclaimer: If you are attending and you get there a bit early, please be aware that there is a class in the auditorium just prior to the talk. Please don’t interrupt the class inside. There is plenty of seating in the lobby just outside the auditorium.
