Project 1 (process) :

Minimal Style

As a team we worked together to come up with a minimal font style. We believe less is more, simple it better, black and white, and we stuck with basic household items that are usually taken for granted and not recognized as letters.

Examples of Minimal fonts I found in the pictures above are basic and simple outlines. From that point I went on a scavenger hunt for  simple basic shapes that resembles the alphabet.

The letter B and letter L  are examples of what I found for basic outlines using a pair of glasses and a household tool, while the O and the Q are simple heavy objects like the second example I found on top using toilet paper and a coffee lid. I decided to mix and match both heavy and light for our minimalist project.
