OCAD University – Educational Developer

OCAD University (OCAD U) is currently seeking an Educational Developer<https://trr.tbe.taleo.net/trr01/ats/careers/v2/viewRequisition?org=OCADU&cws=37&rid=1577> focused on facilitating collaborative resources and programming as part of a partnership between OCAD U and the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) broadly related to the theme of ‘Digital Human Experience.’<https://www2.ocadu.ca/internal-update/uoit-and-ocad-u-innovate> The Educational Developer will also provide expertise and develop resources to advance our goals in the area of technology-enabled learning in art and design education, supporting implementation of our recently adopted Technology-Enabled Learning Strategy<https://www.ocadu.ca/Assets/content/teaching-learning/TEL+Strategy.pdf>. This role will work closely with colleagues in the Faculty & Curriculum Development Centre, OCAD U’s teaching centre, as well as with faculty and academic staff across the university. Our centre takes a collaborative, collegial approach to our work and we strive to integrate our commitments to equity, access and decolonization throughout the different areas of our mandate. We are looking for someone who shares these commitments and has a strong background in post-secondary educational development.

This is a contract role with an end date of August 14, 2019. The deadline for applications, which are to be submitted online, is March 1, 2019.
