Site Director – Early Childhood Education Center

The University of Michigan-Dearborn, Early Childhood Education Center invites applications for a site director position to administer daily operations.
The Early Childhood Education Center is part of the College of Education, Health, and Human Services (CEHHS) of the University of Michigan-Dearborn. The ECEC is a high quality early childhood program that has been accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). The early childhood program applies a Reggio inspired constructivism theory of learning. The ECEC is an inclusive teacher education site for preparing future teachers in theory and practice while earning undergraduate and graduate degree and their certification. Also, the ECEC serves as a demonstration site for the integration and inclusion of children with special needs through our relationship with the Center for Exceptional Families.  Our practice integrates teaching, research, and service in ways that enhance the learning experience for both children and adults.
The site director is responsible for the developing, implementing, and managing all operations of the Early Childhood Education Center, working in conjunction with the faculty director of the Center and the Dean of the College of Education, Health, and Human Services.

Position is Full-Time
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000
