Intellectual Property Law Firm is seeking a Bi-Lingual Mandarin-Chinese patent agent or potential patent agent trainee. The ideal candidate must have at a minimum, an undergraduate degree in the sciences; preferably a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or computer science. A graduate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written. This is a full-time, in-house position with benefits. Qualified candidates will be writing and filing patent applications in both China and the US. They will also be reviewing client documents, counseling clients, translating documents from English to Mandarin, legal research, etc.
