Children’s and adult (GED) tutoring programs

  • Five locations: 20900 Grand River (main campus, West Side), 7310 Woodward (NewCenter), 1200 Oakman Blvd.(at Focus Hope), 9614 Gratiot at Harper (East Side) and 26 Peterboro (Midtown)
  • 10-15 volunteers needed daily for the Children’s Tutoring Program(main campus): Mondays through Thursdays, 3:30-5:30pm; volunteers need to stay for all or most of that time; some flexibility in the start time (closer to 4pm is ok)
  • 3-5 volunteers needed for the Adult GED Tutoring Program. These opportunities vary in location and time:  GED tutoring is at COTS at 26 Peterboro on Mondays, 9-11:30am and Thursdays, 1-3:30pm and at Wayne Metro at 7310 Woodward on Mondays, 1:30-4pm.
