Well fellow Detroit Tiger fans. We have all been led off a cliff. In hindsight though, I realize that the 163rd game the most exciting game I have watched to date. It was a roller coaster ride of great proportions and it couldn’t have had any more heartbreaks that what I had endured during it. I think that the Twins earned there way into the playoffs and will face a tough challenge less than 24 hours from when they were determined contenders for the Pennant. So as Cabrera would say, “SPARTY ON!” until next year. It is good to have the Tigers back in contention for something because there is something else that I realized I watched the game. The diversity among the players is very high and it makes me remember and reflect on just how great this country is. Baseball supports many cultures, superstitions, and most of all many different egos throughout the league and it all works its way out on the field. This is a great accomplishment and I give praise to the MLB, its owners and managers and players. Thanks for making America’s favorite pastime something great for America.
